Thomas Cook India, the largest non-bank foreign exchange services provider, has witnessed a strong uptick of 1.5x YoY in its prepaid card business for the twelve months ended Dec. 31, 2023.
Mr Deepesh Varma, Executive Vice President - Foreign Exchange, Thomas Cook (India) Limited, expressed enthusiasm for the growth of their prepaid card business and the launch of the EnterpriseFx Card. He highlighted the card's eco-friendly nature, its range of benefits such as Thomas Cook Edge reward points, and the Youth Card offering exclusive discounts for travellers under 35.
Thomas Cook's omnichannel model serves over 1 million retail customers annually through its website, FXNOW (mobile app and corporate booking tool), call centre, and 130 Forex stores across 69 metros, tier 2-4 cities/towns pan India. The company's Forex business also serves 1000+ corporate clients, 1 million+ active Forex prepaid card users, and over 1 Lakh students studying overseas using fees and other remittance services.
